The employees ware trying to be helpful but could not help me with broken phone which i pay insurance on, i was there at least an hour . they made 3 phone calls to the boss and we got 3 different answers, bottom line they would not replace my phone. I was told to buy a new one among other answers which were not satisfactory in the least..went to Vallejo T Mobile was out of there in 10 min. will be getting a replacement phone by Tuesday for $5. Go to Vallejo.
